Return Policy

Returns

At Blanc, we want to ensure the happiness of our customers. If you are not happy with your item, Blanc must receive it within 30 days from the date of delivery or in-store purchase to receive store credit. No refunds permitted, unless error on our part.

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging, and free of odors, pet hairs, make up stains, etc.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, reason for return, your name, and e-mail.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. You will then be issued  store credit, dependent on when item is received by us.

Items that cannot be returned:
Clearance items, toothpaste, makeup, hair care products, jewelry, sunglasses, hats, hair accessories, food products, undergarments including bralettes, bath products, socks, custom items.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at blancboutiquetx@gmail.com for further information and the address to ship to. We will pay for the return shipping for errors on our end or defective items, and tags must still be attached to items. Please submit photos of any defective merchandise within 48 hours of receipt to blancboutiquetx@gmail.com. We will then exchange the item or issue a refund if the item is out of stock. We cannot accept defective merchandise after the 48 hours. Once the item is worn and the tags have been removed, it will no longer be able to be considered as "defective", and no return will be allowed.

More than 3 returns in a month will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping
To return your product, please send to 1205 Boston Avenue, Nederland TX 77627. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a tracking method or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost returned packages.

Late or missing refunds in the case of error on Blanc's part:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at blancboutiquetx@gmail.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send store credit to the gift giver.
